SX-3 Rndom Spawner Improvement

The Random Spawner has been improved to be able to spawn weapons and other goodies on any kind of map! Maps such as Niven, also admins can overide the location of the random spawner just in case the map it happens to spawn on spawns it in an odd place like closer to the red team for example. For example, in McSwartzly2004 the random spawner spawns in a box closer to one teams base than the other which is unfair so I have overiden the location to have it spawn in the center of the map on this platform.

This should bring some new excitement to those maps! espcially Niven! Now when a map is voted for and people are kind of bummed theres no spawner in that map well that can be fixed so there is on any map.
